Description:

The advantages of the Vickers hardness test are that extremely accurate readings can be taken, and just one type of indenter is used for all types of metals and surface treatments. Although thoroughly adaptable and very precise for testing the softest and hardest of materials, under varying loads, the Vickers machine is a floor standing unit that is more expensive than the Brinell or Rockwell machines.

1,Equips with Auto Turret, close loop loading system, key panel and touch screen double input methods, blue tooth transferring technology; Three models with max loading force at 10Kgf(Vicky HV10),30Kgf( VickyHV30) and 50Kgf(Vicky HV50), meets different kinds of materials measuring requirement.
2,Close loop loading system is to realize auto loading, dwell and unloading, makes better accuracy and easier installation.
3,5.2" color touch screen with innovative interface design, makes force selection, dwell time setting, scale conversion and data reading, transferring, printing more convenient and fast.
4,Operator can smoothly switch objectives and indenter by auto turret, maximally avoid damages of objectives, indenter and force system by manually operation. 
5,One touch operation of diagonal line by high resolution measurement/observation objectives and built-in length encoder high definition digital eyepiece. 
6,Auto hardness conversion from vickers scale HV to HK, HBW, HRA, HRB, HRC, superficial rockwell scales, etc.
7,Equips with Bluetooth Device, optional Bluetooth printer and computer acceptor is available to realize wireless printing and data transferring.
8,Abundant optional auxiliary devices to make hardness measurement more automated and eliminate human operation error. MV series vickers software is recommended, includes USB camera, Cmount adapter and computer.
